Delete your account

You can delete your Dateium account and the training data tied to it. Apple and Google require a way to do this. This page is that way, along with the control in the app.

In the app

1. Open Dateium on your iPhone or Android.
2. Go to Settings.
3. Tap Delete account and confirm.

That removes the log stored on the device and, if you are signed in, requests deletion of the account on our servers.

By email

Email support@dateium.com from the address on the account with the subject line “Delete my Dateium account.” We will confirm and delete associated data within 30 days, unless the law requires us to keep a limited record (for example a billing receipt).

Demo mode

If you never created an account, your data lives on that device or browser. Sign out or clear site data / reinstall the app to wipe it. You do not need to email us.

What we cannot delete

Copies you pasted into Tinder or another app are outside Dateium. App Store and Google Play keep their own purchase records. Those stay with Apple or Google.
