Terms of Use

These terms govern your use of the Dateium app, this website, and related services (the “Services”). If you do not agree, do not use Dateium.
1. Eligibility
You must be 18 or older. Dateium is a training tool for adult men. It is not for minors. By creating an account or using the app, you confirm you are 18 or older.
2. What Dateium is
Dateium is software for practice, logging, and field work. It is not therapy, medical care, legal advice, or a matchmaking service. It does not guarantee sex, dates, relationships, or any other outcome. Results depend on your conduct in the real world.
3. Your conduct
You are responsible for every interaction you have with other people. You agree that:
- Consent is required. A no is final. You will leave when someone is not interested.
- You will not harass, stalk, threaten, coerce, or record anyone without their consent.
- You will not use Dateium to target minors or anyone you know or suspect is under 18.
- Scripts and profiles are suggestions, not a license to waste someone’s time or ignore the law.
- You will follow the Community guidelines.
We may suspend or delete an account if we believe these rules were broken.
4. Accounts
You are responsible for your login. Keep it to yourself. You can delete your account at any time. See Delete your account.
5. Your content
Logs, journals, and practice text belong to you. You give Dateium a limited license to store and process that content only to provide the Services, including generating coaching feedback when you use that feature. Do not upload content you do not have the right to use.
6. Our content
The Dateium name, app, scripts, profile copy, and site design are owned by Dateium or its licensors. You may use them inside the app for your own training. You may not copy the product, scrape it, or resell it as your own program.
7. Subscriptions and stores
If paid plans are offered, billing is handled by the App Store or Google Play. Their refund and cancellation rules apply. We do not store your full payment card.
8. Disclaimer
The Services are provided as-is. We make no warranty that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for a particular result. See also our Disclaimer.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Dateium is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for anything you do in the real world after using the app. Our total liability for a claim related to the Services will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or fifty US dollars if you paid nothing.
10. Changes and termination
We may update these terms. Continued use after the date at the top means you accept the new terms. We may stop offering the Services or close an account that violates these terms.
